Mark (Waddy) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and owner of Neighborhood Guidance, specializing in mental health and youth development. He brings over 10 years of coaching experience to the Generals, focusing on blending athletics with emotional regulation and character building.

VICE PRESIDENT

Solomon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director of Roca Western Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience in athlete development. A Springfield native, he utilizes his background in leadership and fitness to develop resilient athletes who compete with discipline and purpose.

CFO

Patrick is the Superintendent of Schools for East Windsor Public Schools and holds a Doctorate in Educational and Special Education Leadership. A Springfield Public Schools Sports Hall of Fame inductee, he leverages over 23 years of leadership experience to support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

EQUIPMENT MANAGER

James is a dedicated special education teacher in Springfield who supports students' academic and social-emotional growth in inclusive environments. He brings valuable coaching experience from the collegiate level at American International College to his role mentoring young athletes on and off the field.
